I have been putting this post off because I find it really hard to gather my words when it comes to describe the city of New York. It's absolutely magical. It's crazy. It's intense - but most of all, it's beautiful (in a very chaotic way). I was immersed in the craziness of Manhattan for 7 whole days. 3 of those 7 were spent wandering Central Park, my favourite place in New York. The city can be daunting and there were times when I often felt overwhelmed by all of the big, glass towering buildings. But as soon as I stepped into that big, beautiful famous park, I felt as though I could breathe again. I could have wandered around there for the whole week I think, exploring new parts of the park and people watching (and the squirrels!). But there's just so much to see and do, and so little time. Times Square is an absolute circus. The colours, flashing lights, yellow cabs, big buses, smoke, people, noise... Everything you would expect Times Square to be, it's that times 100.
I can only dream of the day I get to go back to New York and see that famous skyline.
Your talent always astounds and inspires me, thanks for being so wholesome!
